The “Extension C3” project at Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch, Schwanebecker Chaussee 50, is extending the existing medical campus with a new four-storey building with around 4,200 m² of usable space. This modern extension will create a contemporary infrastructure for obstetrics and state-of-the-art operating theaters and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025
Our team at NANE BAU GmbH was responsible for the complete shell construction of this challenging building project. From the start of construction in April 2023, we took over the erection of the concrete and masonry structures at a total cost of almost EUR 3 million.
With precision and smooth construction site management, we provided the load-bearing structure for all four floors in just 15 months.
The C3 extension blends in harmoniously with the existing building and offers both patients and medical staff modern pathways and spacious functional areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a sophisticated façade system ensure optimal lighting conditions in the new operating theatres and delivery rooms.
