The WaldhausQuartier at Zepernicker Strasse 82, 85, 88, 89, 90 and 91 in Berlin-Buch is a pioneering new-build project that combines modern living with a sustainable concept. In the immediate vicinity of the historic Waldhaus Buch, an ensemble of four new buildings with a total of 108 condominiums and 87 furnished apartments is being built on a 36,384 m² site.
The apartments vary in size from approx. 38 to 114 m² and offer 1- to 3-room apartments, which are equipped with high-quality oak parquet flooring, insulated wooden windows, fitted kitchens with brand-name appliances and modern bathrooms. Comfort is also ensured by a salt-free water softening system, which guarantees optimum drinking water.
The project attaches great importance to sustainability and nature conservation. The use of bricks, which according to the manufacturer save 700 tons of CO₂, underlines the ecological commitment. Completion of the first construction phase is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
The WaldhausQuartier thus offers not only modern living space, but also a sustainable living environment in the midst of Berlin’s nature.
