With the new construction of the BER01 data center at Mecklenburgische Strasse 32, NANE BAU GmbH has helped to create a technical centerpiece for the capital’s digital infrastructure. In close coordination with the client, a state-of-the-art data center was built on this site that sets new standards in terms of both security and efficiency.
As a reliable construction partner, we took on all the shell construction work and ensured precise implementation of the highly specialized requirements – from the reinforced foundations and technical shafts to the infrastructural preparations for the extensive server technology.
Maximum discretion, precise scheduling and uncompromising quality were the focus of this project. The requirements for load-bearing capacity, climate stability and redundancy were consistently implemented by us and ensured by regular checks on the construction site.
