With the project at Neuendorfer Strasse 39, we have realized a modern residential and commercial building in a central location in Berlin-Spandau that combines urban living with attractive commercial space.
As the building contractor, NANE BAU GmbH was responsible for all services from the shell construction to the turnkey handover. Our precise planning and reliable construction work resulted in a building ensemble that blends harmoniously into the existing cityscape and at the same time sets architectural accents.
Particular attention was paid to combining high-quality living with flexible commercial uses on the first floor. Generous window areas, modern floor plans and sustainable building technology guarantee contemporary comfort and efficiency.
