The new construction project “Speicherballett MI 2.1” at Parkstraße 33, 13585 Berlin-Spandau, is an important part of the overall BUWOG SPEICHERBALLETT quarter. Under the management of BUWOG – Berlin Wohnen GmbH, a modern, seven-storey building was built here, which includes senior apartments for assisted living, dementia living communities, day care facilities and an underground parking garage.
NANE BAU GmbH was responsible for carrying out the shell construction work for this challenging project. With our experienced team and our commitment to quality and precision, we made a significant contribution to turning the architectural vision into reality.
The building meets the GEG 2020 energy standard and complies with the Efficiency House 55 standard, making it a pioneering example of sustainable construction in the assisted living sector.
