Between March 2021 and March 2023, the “Speicherballett” project, an innovative residential and commercial building, was built at Parkstraße 13 in Berlin. Under the direction of Uwe Bornschier and in collaboration with Mark-A. Krüger Bauunternehmung GmbH, we realized this ambitious construction project.
Our range of tasks included central work such as concrete and reinforcement work as well as masonry construction. These tasks required precise craftsmanship and technical know-how to ensure the architectural requirements and structural integrity of the building. Thanks to our experienced team, especially the crane operators, we were able to successfully master the challenges of the project.
The “Speicherballett” at Parkstrasse 13 is further proof of our ability to construct modern and multifunctional buildings in Berlin that set standards in terms of both aesthetics and functionality.
