The “Pandion Midtown” new-build project at 10249 Landsberger Allee in Berlin-Friedrichshain is an outstanding example of modern urban living in a central location. On the site of a former brewery, a lively quarter is being created that harmoniously combines living, working and leisure. The first construction phase has already been successfully completed and the entire project is scheduled for completion in spring 2026.

We attach particular importance to sustainability and modern construction methods in order to meet the high demands of this forward-looking project.
The quarter comprises a total of around 430 apartments, including condominiums and rent-controlled units, as well as a daycare center. The architecture of the project was designed by Zanderroth Architekten and is characterized by a modern and open design. The apartments offer spacious floor plans with 2 to 5 rooms and sizes ranging from 54 m² to 122 m², equipped with balconies, loggias or terraces.
