The “Spreestraße 6-12” residential complex project in Berlin-Köpenick is an outstanding example of modern living in a direct waterside location. As part of the “BUWOG Uferkrone Suno” construction project, 83 high-quality condominiums with 2 to 5 rooms and living spaces of between approx. 48 and 142 m² were built here. Completion is scheduled for 2022.
NANE BAU GmbH was significantly involved in the realization of this project. Our services included the execution of the shell construction work, including the concrete and masonry work, as well as the coordination of the finishing trades. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the architectural specifications, which envisaged a modern and functional design.
The residential complex is characterized by a variety of features, including balconies, terraces or gardens for each apartment, a landscaped courtyard with a playground and an underground car park with 67 parking spaces, 13 of which are prepared for electric mobility. The proximity to the old town of Köpenick, the exclusive riverside promenade and the excellent connections to the center of Berlin make this residential complex particularly attractive.
