With our own project at Ernst-Barlach-Strasse 9 in Berlin-Lichtenberg, we have created modern living space for students, trainees and young professionals. High-quality micro-apartments have been created on several floors, combining functionality and comfort in the best possible way.
NANE BAU GmbH was responsible for all phases of this project – from planning and execution to turnkey handover. Right from the design stage, the focus was on efficient use of space, well thought-out floor plans and energy-efficient construction.
Each residential unit has its own bathroom, pantry kitchen and large windows to create a bright, friendly living environment. Communal areas, modern technology and sustainable construction round off the concept.
As general contractor and developer, we realized this project quickly and reliably – further proof of our strength in holistic project development and our feel for the requirements of tomorrow’s urban living.
