The new construction project “FACE Campus” at Titiseestraße 7 in 13469 Berlin-Reinickendorf was realized by Ten Brinke Projektentwicklung GmbH & Co. KG as general contractor. NANE BAU GmbH was involved in the execution of this project.
The “FACE Campus” is a future-oriented new-build project that combines housing, social infrastructure and communal facilities. A building with seven full storeys and a total of 126 apartments has been constructed on a site area of around 4,512 m². At least 50% of these are subsidized apartments with a net cold rent from €6.80/m². The apartment sizes vary between 31 m² and 98 m². The first floor of the building houses a family center and a daycare center with 80 places, which are operated by the Reinickendorf church district. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2024.
