Palais Europa City Central Station

Description

The “Palais Europacity” project in the Europacity development area, north of Berlin’s main railway station, is an outstanding example of modern urban development in Berlin. As part of one of the largest mixed-use construction projects in the city, which is being realized by the Austrian CA Immo on an area of 40 hectares, Palais Europacity is contributing to the creation of a new urban center.

NANE BAU GmbH was significantly involved in the implementation of this project. Our services included the execution of the shell construction work, including the concrete and reinforcement work, as well as the coordination of the finishing trades. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the architectural specifications, which envisaged a modern interpretation of classic façade elements.

Palais Europacity is part of a lively, mixed-use quarter that combines office space, retail, gastronomy and residential space. Its proximity to the main railway station, the Charité hospital, the government district and Hamburger Bahnhof makes this location particularly attractive.

With the “Palais Europacity” project, NANE BAU GmbH is underlining its expertise in the implementation of sophisticated construction projects that meet both the high demands for quality and functionality and the sensitive aspects of urban construction. The ensemble of buildings exemplifies our commitment to creating liveable and sustainable spaces in urban contexts.
