Demolition & renovation of prefabricated buildings Rheinsberger Str. 18,20,22,24, 16227 Eberswalde

In Rheinsberger Strasse in Eberswalde, we were able to help write a very special chapter in urban renewal. NANE BAU GmbH undertook the selective demolition and comprehensive refurbishment of four prefabricated buildings from the GDR era – a project that demanded both technical skill and sensitivity.

The aim was to carefully modernize the existing building fabric and at the same time raise the living comfort and energy quality of the buildings to a contemporary level. The demolition was carried out in sections in order to protect adjacent areas, followed by an extensive refurbishment of the supporting structure, façades and interiors.

Thanks to our careful planning and close coordination with the client and authorities, we were able to preserve the historic character while creating modern, attractive apartments.
