The “Falkenberger Strasse 114” apartment building project in Berlin-Weißensee is another example of NANE BAU GmbH’s expertise in high-quality residential construction. In close cooperation with GESOBAU AG, we realized this modern residential ensemble, which blends harmoniously into the urban environment.
Our services included the shell construction and the coordination of the finishing trades. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the architectural specifications, which envisaged a modern interpretation of classic façade elements. The buildings have basements and offer 21 parking spaces in the underground garage in addition to the common areas. All floors are accessible via the staircase and elevator.
