The new-build project “3-family house Verdiweg 10” in Blankenfelde-Mahlow (zip code 15831) was realized by NANE BAU GmbH as a turnkey project. From planning and execution to handover to the owners – we were responsible for all construction phases and placed the highest value on quality, sustainability and living comfort.

The modern building comprises three spacious 4-room apartments with living spaces of between 117 m² and 132 m². Each unit has an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, floor-to-ceiling windows, real wood parquet flooring, underfloor heating and stylish bathrooms with walk-in showers and bathtubs.
