The “New Havelquartier Leipziger Strasse residential and commercial building” construction project in Potsdam marks a significant step in the urban development of the state capital of Brandenburg. In the heart of the northern Speicherstadt district, a modern quarter is being created that harmoniously combines living, working and leisure.

The Havelquartier comprises a total of eight buildings with a total area of around 70,000 m². In addition to around 300 rental and owner-occupied apartments, there will be office space, a hotel with 190 beds and a boarding house with 80 apartments. A 190 m long riverside path along the Havel and the Havel Canal invites you to linger and underlines the attractive location of the quarter.
Particular attention is paid to the sustainability of the project. For example, an office complex with an area of 9,924 m² is being built according to the standards of the DGNB Gold system and meets the requirements of the funding program for climate-friendly new construction (QNG). An underground garage with 97 parking spaces completes the offer.
