New residential & commercial building Nonnendammallee 15 in 13599 Berlin

The project “New residential and commercial building at Nonnendammallee 15” in 13599 Berlin-Spandau is an example of the successful implementation of modern building projects in urban areas. A state-of-the-art data center with a total area of around 13,000 m² was built on the site, supplemented by around 2,000 m² of office space. The system provides a reliable infrastructure for IT and network systems and meets the highest security and availability requirements.

NANE BAU GmbH was responsible for carrying out the structural work on this challenging project. With our experienced team and our commitment to quality and precision, we made a significant contribution to turning the architectural vision into reality.

Particular attention was paid to the technical equipment: The data center has a critical IT load of 17.1 MW, two power supplies at 10 kV level and its own transformer station with a capacity of 26 MVA. This equipment ensures a high level of reliability and energy efficiency.
