The “New Speicherballett residential and commercial building” project at Parkstrasse 13, 13585 Berlin, represents an important building block in the development of the Spandau district. Between March 2021 and March 2023, under the direction of Uwe Bornschier and in collaboration with the Mark-A. Krüger Bauunternehmung GmbH has built an innovative residential and commercial building that combines modern architecture with historical substance.
NANE BAU GmbH was responsible for carrying out the shell construction work for this challenging project. With our experienced team and our commitment to quality and precision, we made a significant contribution to turning the architectural vision into reality.
