The “Weydenhof” ensemble at Hasselwerder Strasse 27-28 in Berlin-Niederschöneweide combines four elegant city villas and a flanking apartment building directly on the south bank of the Spree.
Here, an attractive riverside promenade and a park-like inner courtyard invite you to linger and create a green oasis in the urban environment.
Our team at NANE BAU GmbH started the shell construction work early in 2023 and erected the complex supporting structure. With precision and a passion for high-quality workmanship, we ensured that all the concrete and masonry work was completed by July 2024.
A total of 135 condominiums with 2 to 5 rooms and living areas of approx. 48 m² to 149 m² are being built. The ventilated façades with pre-weathered wood cladding ensure an optimal indoor climate and give each villa its own individual patina. Floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious roof terraces and private gardens create a variety of outdoor spaces and guarantee light-flooded living right by the water.
Accessibility is a matter of course in all five buildings: elevators, practical storage spaces in the basement and threshold-free access were integrated by us from the outset. Thanks to our careful construction site management, we are on schedule: completion of the ensemble is planned for the end of 2025
