A modern extension building has been added to the Automotive Technology Advanced Training Center (OSZ Kfz-Technik) on Gierkeplatz in Berlin-Charlottenburg, which is specially designed to meet the requirements of electromobility. The new building, consisting of two floors and a basement, offers space for four workshop laboratories, four seminar rooms and a spacious multi-purpose room. In addition, a photovoltaic system and a wind turbine are integrated as teaching aids to give pupils hands-on experience with renewable energies.
NANE BAU GmbH was proud to take responsibility for the shell construction work on this pioneering project. Our expertise was instrumental in turning the architectural vision into reality and creating a modern place of learning that meets the requirements of electromobility.
With the extension to the OSZ Kfz-Technik, NANE BAU GmbH is underlining its expertise in the implementation of sophisticated educational buildings that take both functional and ecological aspects into account. This project exemplifies our commitment to creating innovative and sustainable learning environments.
